"TEBIJEWELED" AT THE GMAs

The big event on Saturday night cannot easily be forgotten. Of course, the Ghana Music Awards is always eventful and ever so memorable and this year's awards was no different. Celeb after celeb showed up on the 'yellow carpet' looking dapper in designs the majority of which were African. And as far as African pride went, that was huge! But even more HUGE (and what actually caught our little eye) were these celebrities of Lynx Entertainment who, guess what?, appeared on the yellow carpet donned in Tebi Jewels. Exciting! They really made us proud that night, Richie and Ziggy.

Another unmistakable face that rocked Tebi at the GMAs all through the night was Efyah. Outfit after outfit, look after look, the refreshing songbird just couldn't get enough of Tebi.

DaViva Fashion Show Features Tebi

The German Embassy in collaboration with DaViva will host a fashion show on the embassy's premises on Friday, April 15th, 2011. The event will feature collections from young Ghanaian designers such as Allan David, Naa Amanua, Nana Novelty and ComfortZone and as always,  Tebi will be right there to provide jewellery and accessories for the models.

This  is one event you shouldn't miss so if you find yourself in Accra on Friday, don't hesitate to join us make the night an eventful one.

SYNC - AFRIQUE BALL 2011

The International Students Association presents the "Sync - Afrique Ball", an annual event that celebrates fashion and music on the African continent.This year's Ball is taking place at the Aviation Social Centre on April 15th, 2011 and will feature performances from artistes like Sena, DeWayne and the Harlem Renaissance. The fashion show will also feature designs from "House of Dubem" by Jennifer, Feda and Milo with all jewellery and accessories being provided by Tebi.

Doors open at 5 p.m. The event will be followed by an after-party at Whizzy Lounge so make it a point to attend. See you there!

Wearing Denim

Do you remember when Britney and Justin were a couple?  Yes, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were a couple many years ago.  The only thing I can think of when those two names are in one sentence is DENIM, an OVERDOSE of DENIM.  Do you remember the 2001 American Music Awards?  Yeah, i don't either, but I can't forget what Justin and Britney wore.

Denim has made a comeback, and thankfully in a much less overkill way.  Comfortable Denim button-ups have become a go-to for a casual, effortless look.  Below I have created my favorite way of wearing my denim tops.  I love to pair it with short floral circle skirts and espadrilles.  I roll up my sleeves and throw on a TEBI JEWELS charm bracelet, and I'm ready for a lunch date and some shopping!
